I have given you the supreme honour of being the first fighting force of the National Republican Army. You must prove yourselves worthy of this privilege at all times and in the fulfillment of your duty both in peace and in war. I am certain you will, because I know that the faith that animates you still is and always will be that of glorious squadrism, creator of the Blackshirt Revolution. I will summarize my order in one word: you must be irreproachable, so that the Italian people will be proud of you at all times.
