Returning to Italy at a time in which Providence deigned to save you in the affection of the German people for the sake of a better future for Europe, I wish, Führer, to reconfirm that, based on the faith of those soldiers of the Italian Republic who are training right now in Germany and based on the indomitable valour of your troops, I have the utmost confidence in the victory of National Socialist Germany and Fascist Italy against the reactionary forces allied to Bolshevism. Accept, Führer, my feelings of immutable comradely friendship.
