On the anniversary of the signing of the Pact of Friendship and Alliance that has joined National Socialist Germany and Fascist Italy together, united by common ideals and bound by the will to go all the way to their destiny, I wish, Führer, to renew to you, in the name of the Italian Social Republic, our profound faith in the victory of the arms of the Reich and its allies, while the new military formations of Republican Italy are prepared to give their contribution to the common cause.
