The organization of the anti-banditry [anti-partisan] movement that you mentioned last night must have a character that affects the psychology of the population and raises the enthusiasm of our rank and file. It must be the march of the Social Republic against the Vendee; it must gradually spread in all the provinces and radically clean them of this problem.
