On the occasion of the anniversary in which the Pact of Friendship and Alliance between our two countries was signed, I would like to send you, Your Excellency, my assurance that Republican Italy, with firm faith, will continue its path alongside its ally Germany until victory—that victory which will crown the tenacious heroic will of the Reich and its allies for a just and better world.
